AGREEMENT:

This document and your completed booking form comprise the agreement between Liquid Sessions and everyone enlisted on the holiday/course. The group leader is responsible for all matters of the booking process and therefore will be personally liable for all monies outstanding per head of the remaining group members including him/herself.

BOOKINGS:

Your booking with Liquid Sessions will be secured / finalised once you have transferred a minimum deposit(50% of the total holiday/course cost) paid by the group leader on behalf of him/herself and/or all other group members. Your booking is secured as soon as we have received proof that the deposit or full payment has been transferred at which point we will notify you by email.

The sum total outstanding must be paid 42 days before the start date of the holiday/course. If the total outstanding balance is not received 42 days before this date your deposit shall be forfeited. Bookings made up to 42 days before the start date must be paid in full.

CANCELLATIONS:

Any cancellation made 42 days before the date of your holiday/course is fully refundable.

Cancellations made between 42 and 14 days before the start date will incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the total price of the holiday/course. No refund will be given on cancellations made up to 14 days before the start date of the holiday/course.

Liquid Sessions reserves the right to cancel any holiday/course at any time.

INSURANCE AND INDEMNITY :

Each individual must have travel and cancellation insurance for the entire duration of the holiday/course.

Everyone must sign an indemnity form before the departure date of the holiday/course.

Your safety is of utmost importance to us and every precaution will be taken to ensure this however Liquid Sessions will take no responsibility for any death, injury or loss/damage of personal belongings.

WEATHER :

As our tours and activities are weather dependent, during your time with us this may cause alterations to the holiday/course itinerary. Liquid Sessions will not be held liable in any way for these possible occurrences.

In the case of any unforeseen circumstances or weather preventing any activity or course, Liquid Sessions reserves the right to move that activity or course to another day or substitute it with an activity of an equivalent value and will issue no refunds.

PASSPORTS AND VISAS:

It is your own responsibility to check with the South African Embassy if you require a visa.

FLIGHTS:

We can assist in finding suitable flights however it is up to you to make the booking. Liquid Sessions will by no means accept responsibility for flight cancellations or any aircraft related services.

PRICE VARIATIONS

Whilst every care is taken to keep information current, Liquid Sessions reserves the right to change prices without notice.

DAMAGE:

All hired equipment is the clients own responsibility therefore if any property is accidentally damaged or lost due to negligence or theft Liquid Sessions will not be held liable for charges on repair or replacement thereof.

LAW AND JURISDICTION

Your bookings/contract with Liquid Sessions is governed by South African law and shall be interpreted according to the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any legal matters shall be undertaken in the Supreme Court of the Western Cape, South Africa.
